That looks infinitely doable, as long as the kitchen has what you need.
BTW, do the gurrrlz have bunk beds? (I would doubtless know this if I'd been a better reader.) My two liked the extra space freed up by their bunks, as well as the potential energy generated by that arrangement.
Yep, we have our own major appliances, and the kitchen is (sort of) wired for 220, so we're set.
And yes, they have bunk beds. There's already been some anguish over the (likely groundless) concern that the kitty might only sleep with the bottom-dweller.
